NASCAR Chemistry Is Elusive
Tuesday July 14, 2009
Chemistry is a key component to any successful NASCAR team. I don't mean the high school beakers and bunsen burners type of chemistry but rather the elusive, almost magical, ability to communicate on the same wavelength that the top drivers and their crew chiefs share.
Hendrick Motorsports made a change recently swapping out Dale Earnhardt Junior's crew chief in an effort to improve the chemistry. What is NASCAR Chemistry and why is it so important to a successful NASCAR team? Here is more about that special bond that all teams are searching for but very few ever find.

Nascar Chemistry is needed in a team. They have to get along, think alike and have the same thoughts and dreams for what the team is after. Most of Hendricks have it with their team and each other. Dale Jr, seems to be better with his new cheif. Other teams want what HMS has.Just my thoughts.
OVERRATED !
UNDERRATED!!
Just look at the teams that hate on each other, Call it what u will but they are the bottom feeders of NASCAR!!
It is clear that if ur not in bed so to speak with ur crew chief as a driver u Fail!!
It just makes me mad that Chad had to stop jimmy from fixing everything in town
I never laughed so hard when he would ask him what he was doing, with that dumb look on his face:)
I Would Have Liked Stewert With Jimmy,
gorden, & The Old Man . Stewert Probably Would Have Won 2 More Races Then He’s Got Now.
LOVE IT WHEN THE RICE BURNERS HIT THE WALL.
GET THEM OUT OF NASCAR , IT’S AN AMERICAN RACE.
