2008 Talladega Chase Race Preview

This weekend the 2008 Chase for the Cup will tackle Talladega. The AMP Energy 500 is the fourth race of the ten race Chase. Three drivers have taken an early lead in the Chase but all three of them have had bad restrictor plate programs in 2008.

Jimmie Johnson, Carl Edwards and Greg Biffle have not run well at Daytona and Talladega so far in 2008. All have average 2008 plate finishes in the twenties. Finishes like that would certainly shuffle the 2008 Chase standings. This weekend could be a turning point in the 2008 Chase.
