2007 NASCAR Busch Series Schedule

NASCAR recently announced the 2007 NASCAR Busch Series schedule. In addition to the regular shuffling of race weekends there is one significant addition to the 2007 schedule. In addition to the Busch race in Mexico on March 4th there will be one new international stop on the 2007 schedule. On August 4th the Busch stars will visit the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve road course in Montreal, Canada.
This new event in Montreal replaces the short track event at Martinsville Speedway. Sadly, Martinsville is no longer on the NASCAR Busch Series schedule.

HOWDY !!! YOU FOLKS HAVE IT ALL WRONG !!! WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU DEPRIVE THE GREAT RACE FANS OF VIRGINIA, & THOSE OF US WHO WATCH THE RACES ON TV, TO HAVE A RACE IN CANADA !!! WHAT HAVE THEY DONE FOR US LATELY ??? HAVE A RACE IN MONTREAL, BUT NOT AT THE EXPENCE OF THE FANS WHO STARTED IT ALL !!!!!!!!!!! I’M NOT ONLY DISCUSTED AT THE BUSCH SERIES, WHICH IS MADE UP OF MAINLY CUP SERIES DRIVERS (AGAIN DUMB), BUT ELIMINATNG RACES IN THE SOUTH, THE VERY HOME OF NASCAR, WILL ALIENATE A LOT OF US, THERE COULD BE AN ‘UPRISIN'’ IF YOU CONTINUE ON THIS PRESENT COURSE OF ‘BOWING’ TO THE SPONCORS !!! THIS IS YOUR ‘GIG’, YOU LEAD AND LET THEM FOLLOW, BECAUSE THEY WILL, THEY’RE THAT GREEDY !!! THANK YOU !!!
why would nascar have an agreement with speed chanel on cablevision when cablevision charges x amount of dollars a month for a box just so you can see the time trials. i for one refuses to pay for this considering what basic cable costs already .. you just lost a fan from the days of junior johnson etc. etc. bye bye

Thanks nascar, it is about time you came to the greatest country in the world to race. We need to see more racing in Canada, after all i bet we watch more races, even though you dont race here much. It should always be about the race and not where it is held, RIGHT!Gentelmen keep those engines running and see you in Montreal in August 2007, I will be the one yelling the loudest.
it is too bad that we in canada dont see all the races if itis on fx we do not see the race we do not have fx on bell express vu we usuly miss about 4 races a year both busch and nascar i hope the sometime that it can be showen

Although I am a “staunch” Ford Fan, I agree with you about Dale I hope he does well this year because he deserves it! However Tony Stewart is a Bully and I have no more respect for him! As for Michael Walthrop or do you mean the “turn coat”? Think again, he can’t even qualify with his toyota so how can you believe he’ll be in 3rd place! It will never happen!!!
I have never been so happy in all my life! It’s about time we in Canada got to see some fine racing. I can’t wait.
