Mother Nature dominated the 3M Performance 400 today at Michigan International Speedway. There were a number of yellow flags because of light showers before the rain finally came for good on lap 130 of the scheduled 200 lap race.
Kasey Kahne sat on the pole and stayed near the front most of the day. His Ray Evernham team got him out of the pits first when it counted most. Kasey Kahne was able to hold on and be out front when the red flag flew handing him the win.
