NEXTEL Cup Race Tonight

By April 22, 2006

Follow me on:

Don't forget that the Subway Fresh 500 goes off tonight at 8pm Eastern on FOX. Kyle Busch has the pole for tonight's race at Phoenix International Raceway. Tony Stewart will start on the outside of the front row. Kyle Busch won at Phoenix the last time the series visited here. His great run in qualifying makes him the easy favorite for the 2006 Subway Fresh 500.

Actually that’s a common misconception. That is why that question is there. Look it up! The backstraight at Talladega is longer than the frontstraight at Pocono.

Is every one out there blind or am I the only one that saw Truex do a burnout in the # 3. Why hasn’t anyone said anything about that. I’ve seen the replay and a shot of the start finish line today and still not ONE COMMENTATOR HAS SAID ANYTHING. WHATS UP WITH THAT
