Cup Drivers Dominate Busch Race

Sunday February 20, 2005
The Hershey's Take 5 300 at Daytona was dominated by NEXTEL Cup drivers. Tony Stewart took the win over Kevin Harvick and Dale Earnhardt Jr. In all there were eight full-time Cup drivers in the top ten as only Martin Truex Jr. (4th) and rookie Reed Sorenson (9th) lead the Busch regulars into the top ten.

Also interesting to note is that Chevrolet swept the top five. Is this an omen of things to come in the Daytona 500?

Full, unofficial, results can be found at NASCAR Online.
