Newman Does It Again

For the 10th time in 2003 Ryan Newman won the pole. This Sunday Ryan will lead them down to the green flag in Phoenix. Other notables include Dale Earnhardt Jr. in 11th and Kevin Harvick who will start 13th. Point leader and likely Winston Cup Champion Matt Kenseth was well off the pace and had to take a provisional.
